Chef Tayag is a Filipino chef, writer, and artist.  Tayag is the author of multiple culinary books and his restaurant “Bale Dutung” serves authentic Kapampangan food, and was featured on Anthony Bourdain’s “No Reservations.” and is considered a culinary destination.
