Y'all showed up and smoked out another terrific weekend with us and we want to say thank you! We enjoyed every minute of WCBCC17, from getting sloppy at sauce wrestling to crowning the first five-time World Champion, we've got enough memories to last another year!

#WCBCC18 will take place from May 16-19 and it's bound to be quite an event. We'll have plenty of information about team applications, tickets and more very soon! For now, relive some of your favorite memories and click through a few photos on our Facebook page!

The largest prize purse in the history of the championship is at stake. All competition categories (whole hog, shoulder, and ribs), along with Patio Porkers, will see higher prize payouts. Don’t miss your chance to join our Wall of Champions as the next World Champion!

Big Hog Run

Picture grown men and women, draped in their favorite pig gear and prepared to run the most grueling 0.2K race of their lives; that's what you'll find at the Big Hog Run.

The spectacle begins at historic Beale Street and Main and finishes at Riverside Dr just 656 feet later. This rigorous World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest event is open to competition team members and #WCBCC judges only. 

Prize money is awarded for the top five finishers, including $1,000 for the first place "athlete."  Even if you don't walk away with a top five finish, every registrant still receives a shirt and medal.
