2022 Judges Seminar
Memphis In May is pleased to offer the annual World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest Judges Seminar. This seminar is to instruct and train judges for the 2022 World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest and each year thereafter.
The Memphis In May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest is the Super Bowl of swine, consistently rated as one of America’s premier culinary events and was named by USA Today 10Best as the most prestigious BBQ competition in the country.
Topics to be covered at the judges seminar include: Memphis in May Judging process and rules, official WCBCC meat categories, scoring process, blind, on-site, and final judging. Prospective judges will sample barbecue from a WCBCC competition team during simulated judging exercises. Space is limited, so secure your spot today!
